The Jesuit High School Mock Trial team was founded in 1999 by Greg Johnson, and other graduates from Jesuit High School. In 2006, the team known as "Jesuit Blue" (pictured on the right) won the Louisiana State Championship, and finished 11th at the National Tournament, tying the best finish ever for a Louisiana team.
